Job Description- Manage the building's operations to ensure the best experience for clients, addressing their needs directly.
- Coordinate and oversee procedures in different areas, fostering teamwork.
- Supervise service quality and compliance with procedures.
- Maintain inventory and control it.
- Negotiate with and pay suppliers, proposing improvements.
- Supervise general building operations, documenting follow-ups on cleaning, maintenance, civil protection, security, and continuous improvement.
- Manage customer relations and service.
- Address customer needs or concerns.
- Renew contracts with customers.
- Support the sales area for walk-ins and tours.
- Present budget reports and schedules.
- Ensure staffing coverage in the building to provide the best service to clients.
- Anticipate internal team, user, and building needs.
- Prepare accurate monthly budgets to manage the building correctly, seeking improvements and savings.
- Comply with and enforce the company's processes to maintain consistency with the product and service we offer.
- Address and resolve any questions from users or visitors.
- Report incidents or eventualities to the corresponding area.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of building management and operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
