Descripción

Job Description
  • Manage the building's operations to ensure the best experience for clients, addressing their needs directly.
  • Coordinate and oversee procedures in different areas, fostering teamwork.
  • Supervise service quality and compliance with procedures.
  • Maintain inventory and control it.
  • Negotiate with and pay suppliers, proposing improvements.
  • Supervise general building operations, documenting follow-ups on cleaning, maintenance, civil protection, security, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage customer relations and service.
  • Address customer needs or concerns.
  • Renew contracts with customers.
  • Support the sales area for walk-ins and tours.
  • Present budget reports and schedules.
  • Ensure staffing coverage in the building to provide the best service to clients.
  • Anticipate internal team, user, and building needs.
  • Prepare accurate monthly budgets to manage the building correctly, seeking improvements and savings.
  • Comply with and enforce the company's processes to maintain consistency with the product and service we offer.
  • Address and resolve any questions from users or visitors.
  • Report incidents or eventualities to the corresponding area.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of building management and operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
