We combine human-centered design, powerful data and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale. The Catalyst Team is seeking a Copywriter to join our full-time team as full-time employee. Experience writing a variety of business asset types in English. These may include blogs, video scripts, how-to articles, customer stories, ad copy, etc. (Note: This particular client does not permit GenAI, so English writing skills much be demonstrated.) Ability to ask clarifying questions is a must as we don't always get clear briefs (or any brief) from clients. Must love to do additional research and conduct stakeholder interviews to get the facts needed to complete the job. Initiative and eagerness to help peers out when workload is slow. This team has content and clean-up tasks they work while waiting for drafts to be returned.
