Responsibilities The Opportunity Codes Execution Team enables FLUS company growth through facilitating cross functional execution plans for new products or changes to existing products, as well as codes management of product attributes, pricing and plant to sales authorizations. This team is at the core of transitioning Commercial Planning Proposals into Supply Chain Systems to enable Make, Move and Sell for the FLUS Portfolio impacting 80+ interfacing systems. Included within these systems are Handhelds for Sales, SAP and Demand Planning for Ops, SDW for Financial reporting, FIG for Cost Accounting and MRP for Purchasing of Raw Materials. Your Impact As Codes Reporting Analyst your functions would consist of Ensure Flawless Execution of Commercial Proposals into Supply Chain Systems. Interpret intent of the Business Proposals. For instance, ensure that the information is relevant to the Business Channel indicated. These Proposals span across Brand, Customer and Regional Go-To-Market Strategies. Evaluation of Product Data provided by upstream cross functional teams as it pertains to the Business Proposal. Validaitng the correct BP template used for each BP scenario (over 45+ BP templates in use). These processes are done within Oracle PLM and channeled through SAP and Frito-Lay Proprietary Product Systems. Follow identified Business Processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness support of the business. Sound decision making and data integrity is of utmost importance to ensure Frito-Lay can make and sell product every day. (4,000 UPCs and 5,000 product codes were assigned in 2020 and processed through downstream systems.) Execute adhoc requests from the field and apply checks and balances of the system and the information on the request. This team also manages the case label process which included the creation of, on avg, 3,000 case labels that allow our product to move efficiently through our supply chain. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Business Analytics or similar field required. - Fluent English written and verbal skills required. - 1-3 years working experience in Commercialization and Master Data management preferred - Working knowledge of SAP and Oracle PLM preferred - Strong Excel skills for data extracts and analysis from multiple systems required - Basic working knowledge of Marketing, Product Supply, Manufacturing, Field Sales, Purchasing and Accounting preferred If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
