Quality Supervisor

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Quality Supervisor to take charge of our quality control initiatives, ensuring that our relay products consistently meet and surpass industry benchmarks, all while nurturing impactful client connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes for relay manufacturing, covering inspections, rework, sorting, and testing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to promptly identify, address, and rectify quality issues in production processes.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain consistent product excellence.
• Manage and maintain quality documentation, including process procedures, work instructions, and inspection records.
• Interface with clients to understand their quality expectations, address concerns, and provide regular updates on product quality and improvements.
• Oversee supplier quality management, conducting audits and evaluations to ensure the quality of incoming components and materials.
• Stay updated of industry trends and developments in automotive relay manufacturing, incorporating best practices into our quality control strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, organizing training to enhance the quality mindset across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 4 + years of progressive experience in quality, within the automotive industry, with a focus on relay manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies, including inspection techniques, statistical analysis, and Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies ( 8D, 5 Whys).
• Strong understanding of automotive relay manufacturing processes and associated quality challenges.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proven track record of maintaining positive relationships with clients and suppliers.
