We are currently looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our team in Monterrey NL.

Work schedule mostly home office with occasional attendance at meetings in offices located in Apodaca.

·        Project duration: 12 months

·        Bachelor's/Systems Engineering or similar

·        5 years of verifiable experience as Chance Management

·        Experience as a Chance Management analyst or Consultant.

·        Experience in Project Management, Organization, Change Management

·        Analysis and design of change management deliverables for the transformation project

·        Preparation of communication materials, coordination of training activities

·        Analysis of change measurement surveys and presentation of results

·        Advanced English
