We are looking for

Project Manager

at our location in Comonfort, Gto (México).

Your tasks:

Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.

Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal capabilities.

Ensure alignment with automotive industry standards and regulations, including IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) requirements.

Perform successful hand-over of the project to operations.

Allocate resources effectively to support project activities, including personnel, equipment, and materials in alignment with the respective cross-functions.

Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.

Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders, communicating progress, challenges, and decisions.

Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and forecasting costs throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve project objectives.

Bachelor's Degree:  Industrial Engineering or related 

Automotive Industry Experience 3-5 years

Project Management 1-2 years

Microsoft Project Professional 1-2 years

English advance
