Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role will be primarily focused on the R&D data prep work for the PepsiCo Quaker Gatorade Corporate wave of PGT for North America. Specific focus on Quaker and Gatorade product (ING, SFF, FFM, FP) data leverage by supply chain to setup, make, move, and sell our product.

 

This role will leverage existing R&D, Global Procurement, and/or Supply Chain data along with global R&D data standards to provide the PGT deployment team cleansed, business ready data. This role will also ensure appropriate progress reporting and process documentation.

 

Your Impact

 

As R&D Temp Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Linking R&D specification numbers (ING, SFF, FFM, FP) to existing ERP materials
  • Use global standards and specification data to provide R&D attributes for the PGT material descriptions
  • Provide support in validating the BOM and Master Recipe/Processing Steps
  • Use global standards to develop the Master Inspection Characteristics and Inspection Plans leveraging specification and plant quality data
  • Develop R&D training and/or change management documentation as needed

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  • Educational Experience: Bachelor's degree with related experience.
  • Demonstrable training, coaching, and/or facilitation skills/experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
