Responsibilities:

• Lead local program management team.
• Own and communicate the master timing schedule.
• Ensure that project schedules are established, up to date & accurate.
• Drive attainment of flawless launch metrics.
• Manage project cost book developing gap closure plans as required.
• Conduct gate reviews on time.
• Lead and facilitate project risk management activities.

Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Engineering or business management.
• 5 years of experience as Project Management Supervisor.
• NPI Management.
• Experience in automotive industry.
• Experience in customer interfacing.
• High level of interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel as required.
