SAP Procurement Business Analyst Opportunity

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled SAP Procurement Business Analyst with expertise in SAP MM to join our team. This role involves translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring seamless IT and business alignment, and managing the entire project lifecycle from design to post-go-live support. You'll be responsible for configuring SAP S/4 Hana Procurement, Sourcing, Planning, and Stock Transfers, as well as managing integrations and supporting change management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine business processes by conducting interviews and workshops.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Align IT and business objectives across project stages—design, build, testing, training, go-live, and support.
• Configure and adjust SAP S/4 Hana settings to meet business needs in procurement, sourcing, and more.
• Manage EDI and Non-EDI integrations with various systems and logistic services.
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring adherence to timelines and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Conduct impact analyses for changes, proposing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Address complex business challenges by identifying root causes and recommending optimal solutions.
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure prompt responses to stakeholder inquiries.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in supporting SAP ECC or S/4 Hana, especially in Procurement, Sourcing, and Planning.
• Strong preference for candidates with S/4 Hana experience.
• Essential Skills:
• MRP for purchasing and planning of external components.
• End-to-end purchasing process (P2P).
• Master data management for purchasing.
• Inventory management.
• Pricing, conditions, and valuation.
• Output determination.
• Familiarity with key SAP MM reports.
• Beneficial Experience:
• Integration of SAP with PLM, Planning, and Supplier Collaboration systems.
• Support experience within a medical device company.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of IT applications and technology.
