QUALITY MANAGER- NORTH AMERICA

JOB PURPOSE

Lead Quality Management and Methods (QMM) for SG NA. Ensure compliance to the automotive quality standards of the IATF. Responsible for complaint management process to internal and external customers. Reporting to upper management in all aspects of quality. Further development of quality methods. Development of employees and organization of responsibilities and tasks within the department. Tracking of department Budget. Responsible to achieve and deploy the quality KPI`s. Define actions for continues improvement.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Complaint management process (Customers / Internal Process / Suppliers).
• Ensure compliance to IATF and SEG standards.
• Development of employees and organization of responsibilities and tasks.
• Development of quality methods.
• Achieve and deploy the quality KPI`s.
