Plan, organize, direct and control the organization's human resource programs and activities, including all areas of human resource policy, employee relations, benefits, compensation, employment, training and organizational development and participate in the formulation and implementation of organizational policies. Ensuring the organization's compliance with all related government laws and Corporate requirements. Duties require broad conceptual judgment to negotiate resolutions to complex or costly claims, making decisions based on conclusions for which there is little precedent.

Excellent knowledge of Federal and State employment/labor regulations
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent PC skills
Responsible for ISO14001:2015 & ASI (Performance Standard) as applicable in HR department
