Purpose of the job:


Manage full life cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to closing the candidate for senior roles regionally (México). Demonstrated candidate management, relationship building, and negotiation skills. Proven track record in working in a centralized, high volume, on-line recruiting function preferred. Demonstrated passion for providing amazing customer service and a high quality candidate experience. Strong process management skills, detail oriented and time/task management skills. Must have demonstrated experience in prioritizing workload demands. Strong consultative and partnership skills.


Main Responsibilities


  • Source active and passive candidates from various resources, including, direct sourcing, employee referrals, traditional media, job fairs, and internet job boards.
  • Accountable for creating and maintaining diversity recruitment strategies to generate a diverse slate of talent for each role.
  • Implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies to create company awareness to target passive and active candidates.
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to closing the candidate for senior roles.
  • Build and maintain internal partnerships with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs to ensure staffing goals.
  • Support internal staffing process for all levels up to senior manager´s levels.

Qualifications


Academic Knowledge


  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field is highly preferred
  • Spanish and Advanced English required


Working Knowledge


  • Minimum of 5 years of corporate work experience. Ideally regional experience roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Recruiting function required. Experience recruiting Mid-Senior Roles (Specialist, Coordinators, Managers)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required.
  • 4 years of experience managing recruitment processes for Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Legal, IT and other areas.
  • Proven experience with behavior based interviews
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Packages
