Mold Makers International Inc. “MMI” is an established and growing innovative plastic injection, mold & fixture manufacturing company, based in Windsor, Ontario Canada.

We manufacture custom injection molds and fixtures and supply to the automotive market in Mexico, Canada and the United States. We supply to OEM'S, Tier one and Tier two plastic part producers worldwide. We combine our Highly skilled NA engineering, management and quality systems with a series of long term partnerships in China to deliver High Quality Low Cost Tooling solutions to the Automotive Industry.

We are seeking an educated and motivated Mexico Based sales representative. The selected candidate will become a team member of a progressive company which has offices in Canada, Mexico and China. The sales representative will prospect customers, build relationships, understand customer needs and apply industry/sector knowledge to present customer solutions that drive sales and provides services to prospective customers.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel
  • Travel required inside Mexico for sales development
  • Experience in Mold Industry - Automotive sales
  • College Diploma or University Degree
  • Some Engineering or Quality background
  • Fluent in Microsoft excel/word project/PowerPoint


ADDITIONAL

  • Sales or PM experience for plastic injection Mold industry required – Minimum 5 years
  • Strong listening written and verbal communications skills
  • Proven record of closing of business
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to be creative
  • Ability to present complex topics in a format that is understandable
  • Ability to influence decision making and negotiate with customers
  • Demonstrates learning agility MMI will train the qualified candidate regarding industry/technical information
  • Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Spanish language is an asset


COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Base salary, commission plan, health insurance reimbursement, travel expense reimbursement


RESPONSABILITIES INCLUDES


  • Drives sales growth through knowledge-based selling approach
  • Builds understanding of customers' needs through research, open ended questioning and analysis.
  • Display product and market knowledge to design and deliver unique solutions to each customer.
  • Remain in constant communication with customers to investigate new opportunities.



Utilize consultative approach


Develop good understanding of customer needs, can take customer quickly from prospect to problem solving dialog, to solution offering. Drives to close sales. Delivers personal insight and custom solutions. Has market and solution knowledge, understands sector/industry needs. Understands and clearly articulates MMI'S solutions and products to customers.


Maintains Accounts


Provide support to maintain customer accounts by establishing relationships effectively, addressing problems/resolution situations and following up on customers questions-new part inquiries, quickly and efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.


Manage Administrative Duties

Complete key administrative tasks such as receiving RFQ's delivering quotes and filling out cost breakdown sheets such as calculating pricing, preparing quotes for molds, fixtures, services, prototype parts, engineering changes and to work effectively with the manufacturing team.
