Role Purpose:

The Industrial Engineering Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing industrial processes within the organization. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across various operations.

Education / Qualification: bachelor's degree – Industrial Engineering based Discipline.

Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in engineering and/or production which include time and motion studies.

Specialty: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and CIP mind-set.

Time availability: Full Time

1. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience (3 years) in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimization, project management, and team leadership.
3. Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.
4. Proficiency in data analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, MATLAB) to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts and project updates to diverse audiences.
6. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team building, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
7. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in industrial engineering and manufacturing.
