YOUR ROLE

• Develops new approaches, solutions, processes, products within an agreed timeframe.
• Executes and manages projects and resources to meet planned objectives.
• Ensures compliance with Henkel corporate SHE standards, policies and procedures and manages the lab and innovation process.
• Provides technical support services to Manufacturing and Quality as required.
• Executes process develop-s to support x-funct. teams to achieve completion of new technology products consistent with strategic objectives.

YOUR SKILLS

• +5 years of experience working formulation in the laboratory (Beauty Care/Skin Care preferably)
• Knowledge of the formula development and implementation process.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to translate technical information to non-technical.
• Good verbal and written communication; as well as computational.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and track.
• Teamwork and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacobiologist Chemist or similar.
• Advanced English
