Main Purpose:

Join our sales best-in-class accelerated leaders' program, the PRODI Trainee program at PepsiCo Alimentos Mexico. Over the course of this 6-month program, you will be fully immersed in an intensive learning experience, aimed at equipping you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in sales, retail, and operations. You'll have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies and plans to maximize shopper conversion and retail sales acceleration. As a PRODI Trainee, you will also be tasked with creating value-added solutions for retailers, aligning them with the concept of the perfect store, all while considering the capabilities of our front-line and middle managers.


Job Summary:


The

PRODI Trainee program

is designed for recent graduates seeking intensive development in various key areas of PepsiCo Alimentos Mexico. As a PRODI Trainee, you will engage in hands-on learning experiences across critical functions such as Sales, Human Resources, and Administration. This program provides a unique opportunity to understand the operational role within different Distribution Centers, with a focus on becoming a detail-oriented Sales Supervisor, equipped with a comprehensive understanding of support areas to lead a team in achieving monthly objectives and annual sales plans.

Responsibilities and Duties:

•Participate in the PRODI Trainee program, designed to provide comprehensive training in sales, retail, and operations.

•Gain in-depth knowledge of various aspects of the Sales department with a focus on improving different processes.

•Supervise sales at the district level, overseeing teams of over 20 people.

•Contribute to market development, sales growth, and accounts receivable recovery.

•Provide coaching and development to the sales team.

•Collaborate on projects and develop technological strategies to increase company sales.

•Prepare for the role of District Sales Supervisor, including learning about sales routes for products such as Sabritas, Gamesa, Tostitos, and Sonrics.

•Gain hands-on experience in route operations, understanding the business fundamentals, and the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) supply chain.

•Generate statistical sales reports and communicate them to senior managers.

•Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on multiple projects.

•Innovate and optimize existing processes through continuous improvement efforts.

•Manage representatives based on key performance indicators, analyze data, and make informed decisions to achieve sales objectives.

•Collaborate with support departments, including transportation, administration, finance, and security.

•Generate and interpret daily and weekly sales reports.

•Conduct field research to identify areas for improvement for both sales representatives and clients.

•Education: A degree in Marketing, Administration, or a related field.

•Strong interest in the development of sales processes and strategies.
