Job Requirements


  • Location:This position is based in San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León.
  • Requirements:University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Human Relations, Clinical Psychology, or similar.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of individual psychology, with strong observational and active listening skills.
  • Ability to participate in events related to people, paying attention to details and delivering quality results.


About the Position

We currently have two positions, one for recruitment and the other for training.

  • Training: be creative and innovative in the development of learning and community engagement through development programs, moving forward with a positive mindset and focused on ambiguity and change. Performing with a passion for learning and development. Contribute to the development of people, thus improving the level of job satisfaction. Ensure a successful integration of training materials and cultural alignment during the merger process of Risoul with RS Americas.
  • Recruitment: recruit top talent witha targeted approach emphasizing competencies and values. Recruiters meticulously analyze the competencies needed for a role, seeking candidates who not only possess the required skills but also align with the company's core values. This involves talent mapping to identify potential matches and conducting competency-based interviews to assess candidates' past performance. By focusing on these aspects, recruiters ensure they not only fill positions effectively but also cultivate a workforce that embodies the company's ethos, leading to long-term success and a cohesive organizational culture.
