We are looking for talent like:

Purchasing Specialist (Indirect Buyer)

Responsibilities:

Searching and qualifying new sources of supply in accordance with the strategy for a given category.

Search the different supplier options according to the user's requirements, via internet, user recommendation, and direct contact from the supplier to the company.

Quote at least three options to validate the best option in terms of price, product quality, delivery time, terms and conditions of delivery:

Price, product quality, delivery time, payment terms, service quality.

Analyze the different proposals obtained from the quotations

Negotiate with the best option in order to improve the proposal.

Request visit from the supplier when necessary.

Generation of contracts as the case may be and follow up for its delivery.

Purchase of material or service:

Generate purchase orders (SAP) or contracts as appropriate and follow up for delivery.

Start up of new projects purchase of MRO/CAPEX-OPEX.

Preparation of reports according to corporate request.

Internal customer service.

Develop, calculate budget and distribute.

Coordinating the supplier approval process.

Setting the terms of cooperation with suppliers and conducting trade negotiations.

Preparation of purchase orders, framework agreements and contracts.

Preparation of RFQs for suppliers and analysis of received offers.

Maintaining constant cooperation with suppliers located locally and around the world.

Developing price lists and supervising their updates in ERP class systems.

Monitoring market trends.

Supporting the organization in solving problems with suppliers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in working with suppliers/contractors.

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing.

(preferable) knowledge of integrated ERP system and MS Office.

Higher technical education.

Openness for business trip.

SAP, oficce package. 

Education:

Higher technical education, or completed Bachelor's degree.

Bachelor's degree in international commerce or related field.
