JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Total Rewards Strategies and Programs
  • Design and develop LSA Total Rewards programs in collaboration with the Global Rewards team which support the attraction, retention and motivation of employees with main focus on DTC roles. Develop programs to meet both Corporate and Retail business objectives which help build a high performance organization.
  • Engage key stakeholders, conduct employee/manager focus groups; implementation will involve developing communication toolkits, announcements, training HR and people managers on Total Rewards.


Compensation & Benefits Planning and Market Surveys

  • Conduct C&B surveys and external benchmark exercises. Analyze total compensation and take proactive actions to ensure our C&B programs remain competitive and aligned to global strategy and frameworks.
  • Develop salary ranges, Incentive plans, merit budgets, promotions and market salary adjustments guidelines, and support enhancement of company-wide review tools.
  • Collaborate and Participate through C&B Planning cycles. Analyze country submissions, work with multiple stakeholders, from Country HR, Country Heads and Regional and Global leaders to ensure fair and equitable compensation recommendations, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness and differentiating rewards based on performance and potential.
  • Perform job evaluations to ensure equitable compensation across different roles and levels within the organization.
  • Overseeing the company's employee benefits programs renewals in LATAM, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensuring benefits compliance with applicable LATAM laws and regulations.


Country C&B Support
  • Evaluate existing country reward policies and programs effectiveness, recommend appropriate changes to ensure that our rewards system, philosophy and programs remain competitive and meet changing employees and business needs.
  • Develop country specific solutions on reward issues within the Global reward framework, based on analysis of market/competitive survey data, employees needs and business requirements.
  • Effectively advise, educate and coach country HR and Country LT on Total Rewards programs and systems; provide advice and counsel on reward issues.
  • Build Total Rewards Capabilities in Key Markets in LSA. Support countries in new hire offer process, especially in salary and equity recommendations.


Legal and Corp Governance Compliance

  • Ensure legal compliance and interpret local and country laws regulating C&B.
  • Take timely and proactive actions to review current and new statutory requirements governing C&B policies, programs and administration, and take actions to ensure compliance.


Internal Relationships
  • Establish strong relationships and partnership with HR colleagues, Country Heads, LSA LT.
  • Provide guidance and consulting support to LSA HRLT/LSA LT to enhance their understanding of Global and LSA Total Rewards policies and programs, provide up-to-date industry and competitor practices and recommend appropriate actions.


External Relations

  • Stay connected with market development in Total Rewards.
  • Represent the company in external C&B forums.
  • Network with peer group of companies and stay updated on new C&B developments in the region.


Basic Qualifications

  • University Degree or equivalent.
  • 8-10 years quality experience in compensation and benefits in a multinational environment covering multiple countries in the LSA region.
  • Strong knowledge of Total Rewards principles designs and practices. Good understanding of long-term incentive programs.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization; ability to interpret and apply global policies and processes for local implementation.
  • Demonstrated business understanding and influencing skills; strong ability in providing guidance and coaching to leadership teams.
  • Analytical, a problem solver operating with integrity; self-motivator; comfortable in high-pressure

environments, accustomed to working under consultative direction and tight deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communications with fluency in English, 2nd language Spanish would be a plus.
  • Good understanding of country labor regulations and employee relations framework across LSA.
  • Strong project management skills to meet multiple project demands.
  • Computer literate with a good understanding of HRIS.


Travel Requirements

Business travel is very limited.
