Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as a process engineer
• Previous experience in the sensor and automation industry (desirable)
• Knowledge of quality standards and workplace safety
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Define strategies to drive continuous improvement in operational excellence
• Ensure proper use of processes to ensure quality and waste reduction
• Supervise the development of ergonomic, clear, and efficient production processes
• Coordinate financial resources for the benefit of production line projects and movements
• Ensure the development of talent within the team and maintain a healthy work environment
• Supervise the preventive maintenance plan and ensure corrective maintenance
• Ensure equipment safety to prevent accidents that may jeopardize employee integrity
• Coordinate with the Project Manager the introduction of new projects
• Supervise the analysis of production line capacity
