Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience as a process engineer
• Previous experience in the sensor and automation industry (desirable)
• Knowledge of quality standards and workplace safety
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Define strategies to drive continuous improvement in operational excellence
• Ensure equipment safety to prevent accidents
• Collaborate on the introduction of new projects with the Project Manager
• Supervise the analysis of production line capacity
• Work with Balluff's global team on projects for new product development and compliance with quality standards
• Collect and analyze process data to identify improvement projects
• Provide support to the production area in daily engineering activities
• Participate as an evaluator in the operator certification process on the production line
• Develop efficient and safe production processes that guarantee the required quality
• Participate in internal and external audits of the quality system
• Update and monitor compliance with metrics
• Participate in customer and external audits
• Develop personnel through training programs
• Pursue continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility
