Overall responsibilities and duties:

The role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for ensuring the coverage of staff positions, he/she will follow up and provide attention to internal/external clients on the process.

The main missions of the role are:

·      Mastery of the process of attracting human talent

·      Management online platforms and search engines

·      Experience in interview development

·      Methodologies, tools for talent identification

·      Psychology Skills for the Study of Behavior

·      Ability to follow up during the internal development of the process

·      Advice and orientation to Hiring Managers

·      Firm commitment to the client and the company

·      Management and control of HR-related KPIs

·     Support and participate in the creation of methods to ensure the performance of the site's management systems.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have/be:

·      Minimum education level: Bachelor's Psychology Degree, Administrative or equivalent.

Experience:

• 2-3 years developing in Talent Attraction area
• Advanced English (must)
• Desirable automotive industry
