We are looking for a professional to join our team for the position of Planning and Warehouse Manager.

Profile:

Responsible for the analysis and coordination of planning, purchasing, receiving, warehouse, supply of materials, based on customer requirements and translating it into production schedules with defined standard sizes to meet optimal inventory levels, purchasing materials efficiently, establishing supply routes and transportation to ensure delivery of shipments according to customer requirements. Control of the corresponding KPI's of the area for budget management, personnel and plant logistics operations.

• Management of customer portals.
• Experience with ERP's for production MRP and plant headcount management systems.
• Production planning and knowledge of filling out MMOG, ACL, Daimler Logistics Audit.
• Knowledge of production stamping and assembly as well as the supply of materials to lines.
• Organization and control of the supply chain and management of domestic and foreign suppliers.
• Leadership skills, negotiation, coaching and customer service.
• Controlling the reception, verification and validation of spare parts and documents of the department.
• Knowledge of Problem Solving Analysis Tools.
• Personnel development and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of IATF, Core Tools, VDA, Product Safety, NQS, ANPQP.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in the diverse area of Global Logistics in the automotive industry.
• Advanced English.
• Human Capital Management, Systems Administration (TWI-GPS), Department Management, Intermediate-Advanced Financial Control.
• Experience with automotive industry quality systems.
• SAP Management.
• Availability to travel in national and international territory with frequency and diverse periods.
