We are looking for a professional to join our team for the position of Projects Manager 

?Profile:

• Contribute with the continuous improvement of the area and the Organization (main KPI`s SCRAP, PRODUCTIVITY,).
• Integrate actions to improve processes through VSM`s.
• Analysis and problem solving with the multidisciplinary team (Quality, Tooling, Maintenance, Logistics, Production).
• Generate DMAIC improvement actions.
• Integration of engineering changes and valorization of changes that generate profit.
• Improvement projects with positive results (more than $ 500K USD).
• Management of technical information for analysis and implementation of new projects.
• Generate VRK projects that yield savings.
• Responsible for VSM's
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, Core Tools, VDA 6.5, Product Safety.
• ANPQP (Alliance New Product Quality Procedure)
• Knowledge and application of procedures and work instructions.
• Knowledge of the operation of the production means in their area of responsibility.
• Knowledge of problem solving tools (5W, PDCA, 8D, Ishikawa, Six sigma).
• Basic knowledge of metallurgy.
• Handling of design software (AUTO CAD & SOLID WORKS)

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Engineering, career or verifiable experience.
• Advanced English.
• Experience with automotive industry quality systems.
• Desirable knowledge in: Customer specific requirements (Stellantis, VW & AUDI, GM, NISSAN, DAIMLER).
