Job Description:

1. Crear y actualizar instrucciones de trabajo, métodos y hojas de proceso en sistemas AMPS´ y SWI´s, cumpliendo con los estándares SPW y requerimientos del sistema MQAS (PS, MQGR). 
2. Analizar pérdidas mediante el estudio de tiempos y movimientos (MODAPTS), análisis de las operaciones con 3M (Muri, Muda, Mura) y herramientas SPW generando gráficas de eficiencia de operaciones. 
3. Establecer velocidades de línea y definir modulación de operaciones. 
4. Analizar y liderar balanceos de línea y cambios en el proceso derivados de mejoras de productividad (NVAA, UB), cambios de ingeniería, cambios de volumen/mezcla, cuellos de botella (uso de sistema FIS/data collection), problemas de calidad o seguridad, en conjunto con las demás áreas. 
5. Controlar y actualizar la asignación de personal para cumplir con la plantilla de su área. llevando revisiones periódicas. 
6. Proveer/remplazar/modificar fixtures de proceso (plantillas, dispositivos a prueba de error) y herramientas de ayuda a producción mejorándolos continuamente y manteniendo un control documentado, generando y rastreando requisiciones y/o ordenes de trabajo. 
7. Cumplir con los requerimientos de MQAS, dando seguimiento a auditorías corporativas MQGR, ME, implementando acciones para cierre de no conformidades. Además, soportar la implementación de sistemas ISO14000 e iniciativas que la compañía decida adoptar. 
8. Soportar la implementación y avance en los dominios SPW para el cumplimiento del route map. 

Qualifications:

Basico

1. Inglés hablado y escrito (se desea comprobable con 70% o TOEFL 80/120) 
2. Competitivo en el uso de PC y Office 
3. Conocimiento robusto en Lean Manufacturing 
4. Conocimientos en Ingeniería Industrial, Ergonomía y Layouts. 

Deseable

1. Preferentemente Ingeniero Industrial. 
2. Deseable grado de Maestría
