Improvement of manufacturing processes of the assigned plant. He/she is also accountable for the definition, design and provision of new production resources for products assigned to his/her plant, in compliance with the current standards and the QCD objectives defined for each project.  

Product Design Process & Industrialization & Production  

• Manages the staff under his/her responsibility, 

• Conducts the products' industrialization manufactured in the assigned plant,  

• Leads the permanent improvement of manufacturing Process,  

• Ensures the proper recording of technical data, 

• Develops, suggests and manages the assigned budget,  

• Must ensure that his/her team takes part in knowledge sharing and transfer (FMEA blocks, Standardization and Capitalization Sheets), 

• Responsible for the compliance with design standards and equipment legal and regulatory requirements; and ensures the implementation of assigned activities,

• In the event of on-site intervention, he/she launches required actions and ensures the Unit staff as well as the service providers comply with occupational safety requirements,

• Plays a supporting role in the Autonomous Production Units and Logistics, Maintenance departments….,  

 • Ensures the technical monitoring of incoming and outgoing production transfers to/from the assigned site and may undertake responsibility for the entire process.  

Technical knowledge:

• Command of industrial engineering activities (tools and techniques),  

• Awareness of labor rules. 

Qualifications and Experience:

2 year college degree in technical disciplines plus 5 years of experience or Master's degree plus 2 years of industry-related experience.
