Job DescriptionThe Executive Assistant and Personal Secretary will provide comprehensive support to a demanding CEO, including handling personal and company matters, accompanying the CEO on travels, managing schedules and appointments, and serving as a liaison for the CEO's various activities. Fluency in English, Spanish, and French is required, with a willingness to travel frequently. The role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can handle multiple responsibilities with confidentiality and efficiency.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
- Experience in executive support roles
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and French
