Job Description:

Main responsibilities of the position:

Overses and managers all aspects of welding operations within a manufacturing facility. This role involves strategic planning, process optimizations, quality assurance, team leadership, and coordination with various departments to ensure efficient and high-quality welding processes.

Responsible for driving continues improvement initiatives, maintaining industry and promoting a culture of safety among the welding team.

Main Job-specific requirements/skills:

• English proficiency
• Experience in welding operations, including various techniques and processes.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing and developing teams.
• Excellent understanding of welding materials, equipment and industry standers.
• Knowledge of lean Manufactuing principles and continues improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
