Profile:

·        Bi-lingual

·        Professional and accustomed to engaging with high/ultra-high net worth clients

·        Minimum of 2-3 years of life insurance experience, this experience must specific to working directly with life insurance products.

Responsibilities:

·        Supervision for the renewal, validation and updating of insurance policies.

·        Documentation management and validation thereof.

·        Coordinate meetings to deliver results.

·        Guarantee team results and metrics.

·        Coordinate with underwriting team to ensure payment has been received.

·        Dealing with clients with high purchasing power.

Other In-force Responsibilities:

·        Policy Change Requests.

·        Coordination of Premium Notices & Payment Tracking.

·        In-force Illustration Requests

Overall:

·        Other additional tasks to be added as needed.

·        Weekly mandatory meetings.

·        SmartOffice usage.

·        Providing a superior customer service experience

Salary according to experience + PSL
