Communicate the latest Master Program revision and ensure clear and comprehensive understanding within the company, also informing about future impacts. Provide guidance, alignment, and influence to your reports and customer impact priorities. Lead the execution of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Develop, monitor, and publish results of indicators related to the sales and operations plan. Participate alongside the Bombardier Aerospace Integrated Master Planning Council for harmonizing Master changes. Negotiate with other sites or internal customers on master programs that meet customer requirements and operational needs. Discuss and advise in moderate to complex situations. Coordinate the calculation process for operational staff to meet the Master Program. Collaborate with the Human Resources and Finance team for site Headcount generation and decision-making regarding operator recruitment. Work with the Finance team for budget and forecast exercises. Optimize the department's budget. Develop strategies in conjunction with the Logistics and Industrial Engineering teams to reduce inventories. Lead the performance and development of your employees (recruitment, performance evaluations or PMPs, alignment, disciplinary measures, and separations), acting as a source of information for recommendations and references to managers. Develop and implement departmental policies, standards, and procedures. As an advisor to other team members, you will guide them on the core processes of the team.
