YOUR TASKS

Objective: Managing employees; controlling the production process; ensuring that the agreed production targets; health & safety and environment protection; as well as carrying out and initiating quality/improvement measures within the area of responsibility.

•  Organization of production plan, planning resources.
•  Responsible for OEE at Factory.
•  Responsible for the development of personnel in production groups.
•  Responsible for scrap and inventories in process.
•  Implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  
  
  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Between 3 - 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Professional education or special diploma.
• Intermediate English
• SAP proficiency 
• Leadership (unionized personnel)
