We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as an Customer & Partner Engagement Specialist

 

As part of the Cloud Security Community team, you'll be working closely with the Community Lead to support aspects of our newly established Community. The scope

of responsibilities include providing Forum moderator support, reviewing Forum SLAs, posting of existing content in the form of blogs, and assisting with logistics for

Community events. Furthermore, as an advocate for the community, you'll monitor trends and feedback to develop recommendations for how we can best engage with and motivate users to contribute to the Community, including providing support and engagement services to our Champion Innovators, our most active community contributors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cybersecurity, online user engagement, community and copywriting experience.


Key Responsibilities


Represent our client in the community forum discussions, actively and regularly engage with top contributors in a timely fashion.

Oversee aspects of the community forum, including monitoring the forum for SLA breaches, and triaging unanswered questions.

Monitor and republish in the Community content/updates from cross-functional teams including the various Security blogs, events, and updates

Manage orchestration of online and in person events from creating event reg page, organizing prep calls, driving registrations, executing day-of, and managing pre-submitted/live questions.

Partner with cross-functional teams to promote events and drive registrations.

Create invite templates, share on social media, internal/external newsletters.


Qualifications


Minimum Requirements:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Able to read, write and speak English fluently and idiomatically.

Proven communicator with excellent written and verbal communications skills.

3 years of experience managing a online community, forums, on a professional or personal basis.

Effective team player who can lead efforts across disciplines, manage multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

Passion for cybersecurity,

Online user engagement, community and copywriting experience.

Success Criteria

Successful onboarding of at least 20 Champions within the 2024 calendar year.

Timely response to all Champion escalations, aiming for a 48-hour turnaround time.

Effective management of bootcamp logistics, resulting in positive partner feedback and smooth event execution.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and manage projects independently.
