?Learning & Development Sr Specialist


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consults with business unit or LOB partners to identify learning and development needs and makes recommendations of appropriate solutions that meet business demands.
  • May develop and/or update training materials, programs, curriculums, and collections within the LMS.
  • Partners with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and/or develop content and design training material,
  • Recommends appropriate solutions and delivery methods to optimize knowledge
  • Manages communication and marketing plans for new courses and training updates within the department.
  • Uses analytics and standard learning metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness of programs. Creates evaluation and measurements tools (i.e., test pilots, annual impact surveys, etc.) for platform offerings.
  • Develops sound relationships with business partners, managers, consultants.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) human resources or related field required.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in learning and development related responsibilities, such as needs assessments, program design, and curriculum development, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Ability to learn and become proficient in use of company's Learning Management System (LMS).
