Role Description:

Checking, editing, monitoring and reporting on incoming survey data, and delivering it to the client in a wide variety of formats, depending on clients' and internal departments' requirements.

Key Deliverables of the Role:

·      Understand, coordinate, and execute all technical aspects of data processing, from extraction of system data, to delivery of data.

·      Writing full scripts to clean, edit, and export ASCII, SPSS, Excel, and various other formats of data (On-the-job training will be provided).

·      Fully understand all survey structures and logic requirements.

·      Interact with other functions to finalize various client delivery formats and other aspects of projects.

·      Maintain awareness of project timelines and pro-actively communicate any difficulty meeting deadlines.

Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:

·      University degree; Bachelors in Marketing, Administrative-Economics, Computer technicians, Engineering.

·      Fluent English-speaker with good grammar skills

Beneficial IT Skills:

·      A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office environment (preferably MS Excel – experience in writing basic macros will be beneficial, but not a requirement)

·      Knowledge of statistical or tabulation programs (an advantage)

·      Basic skills in SPSS or any other statistical software package
