Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with processes, and lead a team to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction at the Visa Application Centre.
Responsibilities:
Manage all administrative and functional activities at the VAC.
Conduct audits and implement process changes.
Ensure accuracy in visa application processing.
Monitor and reduce errors.
Enhance customer satisfaction and productivity.
Maintain adherence to SLAs and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Handle customer escalations and support functions.
Train and develop the team.
Manage productivity, security, and succession planning.
Requirements:
Graduate with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and team management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced English level is mandatory.
