*Experiencia en Customs Trade and Compliance

Funciones:

• ·Advise and support Mexican Entities regarding foreign trade legislation and its impact for company.
• ·Responsible of the Annex 24 program. Perform reconciliations vs physical inventory in a monthly basis for all business units.
• ·Responsible of the Annex 30 program: Perform reconciliations vs annex 30 in a monthly basis for all business units.
• ·Automatization of processes and reconciliations related to Annex 24 and 30 across the enterprise.
• ·Implement and comply with the policies and procedures to establish adequate internal controls system as well as the standardization of foreign trade operations.
• ·Identify and document potential risks and / or critical characteristics of operations and drive the measures to prevent and mitigate them.
• ·Proactively support Internal and External Audits and ensure an accurate risk assessment of the Foreign Trade operations and minimize exposure to any potential risk.
• ·Deploy measures to monitor performance and compliance for the foreign trade area.
• ·Identify and implement cost reduction projects.
• ·Ensure the application and maintenance of the 5'S and lean six sigma methodology in your work area.
• ·Coordinate the Annex 24 and 30 activities and reports to grant VAT / IEPS certification maintenance.
• ·Responsible for the Foreign trade electronic record keeping for all Mx business units.
• ·Standardization of all foreign trade processes within the region.
• ·Establish and ensure a continuous training program of the foreign trade representatives.
