Commercial Manager/ Commercial director

We are seeking the following:

•               A senior commercial manager with extensive experience (10y+) of working in the construction materials manufacturing or dostribution companies

•               Who have recent and relevant experience of construction materials sales for large-scale construction contracts

•               We are particularly interested in large civil, structural, and architectural contracts

Responsibilities:

•               Sales of construction materials and solutions to construction developers companies by project specification

•               Management of functional reports through a matrix structure

•               Develop and manage supply chain frameworks to ensure value-for-money and delivery excellence.

•               Collating and analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with project commercial objectives

•               Increase market share and competitiveness

Education/ Experience

•               Ideally degree qualified in Commercial, Business, Engineering or other relevant discipline

•               Recent and relevant experience in a construction materials sales and management role

•               Commercial relationships with construction and construction developers companies, installers, etc.

•               Strength developing and leading commercial teams

Additional Experience:

•               Working in a Client facing/ Client management role

•               frustration tolerance

•               Managerial abilities and excellent communication skills, both oral and written
