Responsabilites:

• Analyzes customer and internal project requirements and performs standard technical calculations using design, stress, and fatigue life tools.
• Performs engineering design evaluations for durability analysis and feasibility and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.
• Provides technical support for the engineering launch process and contributes to the completion of a project including delivery of development samples.
• Performs and supports engineering evaluation and root cause analysis on product failures from validation testing, quality actions and field warranty returns.
• Gathers data for and generates technical design records including DFMEAs, drawings, BOMs, and DVP&Rs to document outputs of the design process.
• Acts as primary point of contact between customers and Mubea to ensure all necessary project and technical approvals.
• Reviews industry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Designs, implements, and communicates an operational plan for completing the project using the automotive APQP process and standard tools such as meeting minutes and open issues lists.
• Monitors progress and performance against the project plan via the quality gate review process.
• Takes action to escalate and resolve operation problems and minimize delays.
• Identifies, develops, and proposes technical concepts for cost reduction and/or manufacturing efficiency improvements.
• Identifies, develops, and gathers resources necessary to complete the project.
• Selects materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.

As our ideal candidate you will need

• Industrial Engineering, Mechanic, Mechatronic or similar.
• Familiar with automotive production environment and new facility launch production.
• Equipment installation.
• English Advance must.
• IATF 16949.
• Budget management.
• Suppliers management.
