Important global client leader in manufacturing idustry is looking for an Accounting & Finance Manager / Plant Controller based in Tlanepantla, Estado de México.

Requieremets:

• Degree in accounting or finance
• Fluent English
• Work experience in manufacturing companies (Mandatory)
• Strong experience in charge of 2 or more manufacturing plants
• At least 15 years of experience in accounting / finance or controlling: minimum 5 years leading a team within an international company.
• SAP knowledge (Mandatory)
• Cost accounting knowledge (Mandatory)
• Strong organizational skills to deal with pressure and frustration.
• Self-directed, proactive, initiative

The main functions of this positios are:

• Preparation and validation of Financial Statements for 4 Legal entities.
• Drives and ensures the success of the audit process (both internally and external).
• Quarterly consolidation for 4 Legal entities.
• Ensures tax and legal compliance.
• Control and follow-up of cost variances.
• Provide financial management control of business assets.
• Ensures tax and legal compliance across the entire perimeter.
• As need be, organize and coordinate CAPEX inventory / audit on different Mexico manufacturing and storage sites.
• Liaison with FP&A teams and business leaders to ensure consistency and accuracy of analytical results.
