Commercial Director/ Wealth management

 

Requirements:

Education: Completed bachelor's degree in economics, administrative, engineering, or related fields

Minimum 3 years' experience in similar position

Verifiable experience in private banking and wealth management processes

Strong bilingual skills in English and Spanish, both written and spoken to ensure fluid communication.

Excellent negotiation skills, TOP customer service

Availability to travel

Work area: Monterrey, Guadalajara or CDMX

 

Main activities:

The executive manages crucial relationships with financial advisors, private bankers and their clients, building relationships and sharing our company's value proposition.

 

Business Development: On going meetings and presentations with Wealth Advisors and Private Bankers to build a relationship, stays present and educate them on the value offer and our strategies. In addition to building a relationship, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

 

• Information gathering.

• Presentation of solutions to the client.

• Follow up on Private bankers, Asset Advisors, Tax advisors, Legal advisors and Family office

• Initial Case Design Requests after completing information gathering with Wealth Advisor/Private Banker.

• Meeting with the Wealth Advisor / Private Banker to present the designs.

• Follow up/adjustments to the design before presenting it to the client.

• Follow up with the Banker to schedule a meeting and present the design to the client.

• Follow up with the client to answer any questions before they are ready to move forward.

• Insurance implementation.

• Process monitoring.

• Premium Financing supervising in coordination with the GWF Premium Financing team

• Coordination and follow-up with the client's lawyer to draft and implement the structure that will be the owner and beneficiary of the policy.

• Attend monthly/quarterly/annual corporate events.

• Participate in corporate seminars.

• Attend accountability meetings/weekly team meetings.
