CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR?
Education: Completed university studies.
Experience: Previous experience in Foreign Trade, Import and Export.
Skills: Advanced English, Advanced SAP Excel, Advanced personnel coordination skills.
Responsibilities
• Represent the brand for the customers, being the first contact for them.
• Feedback on delivery times required for each of the clients.
• Service in order to create more value identifying business opportunities.
• Orders Management, being responsible for the order entry deliver on time and in Full Customer attention.
• Identify opportunities areas in our current process and lead the transformation by taking part of improvement process with different areas.
• Guarantee that the procedures that correspond to your area are developed, maintained and updated: Shipments, ASN, Billing and real inventories (in system and physical).
• Develop Customer Engagement programs; identifying opportunities to create action plans.
• Partner with logistics, planning, commercial and quality to minimize service fails.
• Work based on our Principled Based Management philosophy and our guiding principles to create continuous value.
• High service level commitment with the customers to follow each of their needs.
