The role?


This is a senior leadership role within the Mexico market, working closely with the Country Manager to develop and execute a business strategy that will enable us to achieve our business goals and objectives. Your primary area of focus is to successfully lead the sales and customer service teams Mexico, achieving aggressive growth targets through operational excellence, continuous process improvement and outstanding customer satisfaction. This includes ensuring that the business remains optimally operational, profitable, customer focused and resourced in an innovative and cost-effective way. You will do this with strong leadership, strategic thinking, flexibility and humility.


The responsibilities


Sales and Growth


-       Deliver on customer growth targets, meeting, and exceeding expectations.

-       Explore and manage external Sales channels and partners.

-       Be flexible and pragmatic about the resources and structure needed to support business growth and take a just in time approach to ensure no wastage.

-       Identify all opportunities to grow and develop the business.

-       Partner with marketing to develop and execute a focused sales strategy, with technology and creativity at its heart.

-       Develop a sustainable administrative support for the business that is grounded in self-service, technology enabled and is as efficient and effective as possible.


Operational Excellence & Process Improvement


-       Review current business processes and provide strategic direction and advice on process improvements.

-       Be all over the performance data, in it, breathing it, living it – driving growth and reducing costs.

-       Take every opportunity to improve business performance within and outside of your direct remit.

-       Care about the business; ensuring robust processes and policies are in place to protect it and allow the team to operate flexibly, creatively, and efficiently.


Customer Service


-       Define and execute the Customer Service strategy for México, which include underwriting, waiting for documents, back-office coordination, early collection, and external call centre.

-       Put customer experience and innovation at the heart of our business processes – value our customers and those that value them.

-       From the offset, maintain and demand high levels of customer service from yourself, your suppliers, outsource partners and in the technology that is used.

-       Monitor the Customer Satisfaction, NPS and other key measures in Customer area. Strive for continues improvements, propose changes to keep the quality of Customer Service on highest level possible.

-       Develop and achieve relevant customer KPIs that drive customer satisfaction.


People


-       Provide strong leadership to drive high performance and achieve KPI's and targets.

-       Create a team environment that is collaborative, self-sustaining, and flexible.

-       Provide that your function is resourced appropriately to serve the business needs.

-         Strong customer service experience – both strategic and operational.

-         Effectively led teams responsible for sales, customer service and operational excellence.

-         Proven success in sales development and growth in a challenging environment.

-         Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business performance.

-         Developed and implemented business process improvement resulting in operational excellence.

-         Deep understanding of the consumer finance industry.

-         Strong experience in people leadership including attracting, developing, engaging and retaining talent.

-         Worked within digital financial services. (Desirable)

-         International Mobility. (Desirable)
