2. Responsibilities 

• Tier-1 Troubleshooting skills with all the technologies described below 

• Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of all the following technologies: 

a. Firewall (Check Point + Cisco) 

b. IPS (Check Point) 

c. Cisco + Check Point Client & Site to Site VPN 

d. Network Access Control (NAC) technologies – desirable 

3. Years of Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience 

4. Language requirements: Bilingüal English-Spanish 

5. Technical Knowledge required 

• Reporting skills 

• Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of all the following technologies 

o Firewall (Check Point + Cisco) 

o IPS (Check Point) 

o Cisco + Check Point Client & Site to Site VPN configuration and maintenance 

o Network Access Control (NAC) technologies – desirable
