Descripción

Resposible to Prepare, analyze and report financial information in regular basis. This information must be accurate and given on time. Analyze and control PPV impacts, upload part number costs, understand and analyze std cost, margins and expense follow up . Analyze and control inventory.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

A.   Analyze operational and financial data, investigate variances, identify business drivers, and evaluate their impact on planned objectives.

B.   Interface with budget holders in providing budget reports and forecasts on a monthly basis. Serve as financial business partner to operational leaders.

C.   Incumbent will provide leadership in developing process improvements on different accounting, reporting, and analysis methods.

D.   Provide finance functional leadership as it relates to costing activities which includes support of quoting and purchasing 

E.   Establish and maintain internal controls to comply with all SOX requirements as well as interfacing with internal and external auditors.

F.   Lead the development and execution of monthly financial processes, to include month-end closing, forecasting and Profit Plan. 

G.   Maintain the general ledger and balance sheet integrity; prepare reconciliations, journal entries and adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

3 Years of professional work experience in progressive roles in Finance or Accounting

BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting or related field from an accredited institution

Experience in SOX financial controls, financial planning, and forecast

Understanding of GAAP

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA 

CPA

Minimum 1 year of managing people and / or project teams

Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

Experience with internal and external Audits

System skills/experience desired: SAP, Khalix/ENCORE, HFM
