GIS - Grupo Industrial Saltillo is looking for talent for their Global Internal Audit department, this is a great opportunity for mid and entry-level positions looking to expand their knowledge in operational and administrative processes based on internal audits.

Role

The position will be part of a team of highly experienced auditors focused primarily on Process Audits throughout the whole organization. The candidate should be a change agent, looking always to promote Internal Audit's Strategy of risk monitoring, detection and ethical compliance heavily supported on Data Analysis.

What we are looking for:

Non-Negotiable requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, internal control, operational areas, or in areas focused on risk assessment or process implementation.
• University Degree (Bachelor's or Engineering)
• Advanced English (Spoken and Written) Level, C1

·      Experience in financial accounting knowledge (Understanding of Financial Statements, depreciations, IFRS, provisions, derivatives, costs, etc).

• Willingness to travel 35% of the year on average, up to a maximum of 45% of the time, with trips lasting between 2 to 3 weeks on average.
• Advanced knowledge of Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with ERPs (Oracle preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.

Preferable requirements:

·      Experience with Design/Analysis of Smart Data Visualization Dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

·      Certifications such as CIA, CFE, CISA, or CRISC.

·      Master's degree

·      Knowledge of the Foundry or Automotive industry.
