YOUR TASKS
  • Monitoring the market situation, competitor activities, customer requirements.
  • Identify, compile and analyze (global) customer requirements based on the hierarchical level; define the contact matrix and integrate the participating internal organization; achieve all aspects of customer satisfaction; forward all customer inquiries and feedback within the organization; define and monitor the action plan and report progress to the customer.
  • Participation in pricing and annual price negotiations
  • Escalation (internal and external) of problems if the promised objectives cannot be achieved.
  • Checking all customer contract documents against Hella's internal requirements.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Holding a Bachelor´s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
  • Knowledgeable of the strengths and weaknesses of key competitor accounts and are able to positively leverage this knowledge
  • Software skills in Vector CANoe combined with basic programming skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation (English)
  • Self-initiative , organized and ownership
  • Strong Analytical Mindset 
  • Excel Advanced Skills
  • English Level Advanced
