Responsible for inventory control, mainly stock loading related to projects for plants MX50, MX70, CR50 & CR70 and USA.

Scope:

• Monitory inventory inbounds movements (physical and virtual) in SAP for all plants.

• Release and execute storage payments to 3PL.

• Close communication and follow up in weekly meetings with the 3PL to ensure correct management of the operation.

• Execute material entries (physical and virtual) in SAP for all plants.

• Perform inventory tweaks in SAP when necessary without affecting accuracy.

• Coordination of scrap materials for obsolete and damage items that are not suitable or sale.

• Validate internally if materials are not longer needed for projects, if so promote them for sale purposes and inventory transfer to other entities internally.

• Control and management of availability for pallet positions in 3PL storage to accept or reject arrivals.

• Follow up with purchasing to ensure having all information and documents to perform inbounds once arrival to 3PL.

• Recording inventory and addressing discrepancies.

• Report to upper management on stock levels, storage payments, service level, etc.

• Record daily inbounds and keep updated database.

• Perform monthly physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock.
