SAP Finance FICO Sr Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or commensurate experience
• SAP product experience and/or at least 3 years prior relevant industry/solutions experience
• Knowledge on SAP FI: FI-AR (Account Receivable), FI-AP (Account Payables), New GL(General Ledger), FI-AA (Asset Account), Profitability Analytics (CO-PA)
• Ability to travel (domestic and internationally) in the range of 25% of the time as well as work remotely with stakeholders in various international markets
• Good Verbal and written communication skills (Advanced English)

Activities:

·      Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, Go Live and Hypercare of SAP implementation projects

·      Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address solution gaps and issues.

·      Ensure standard solution usage whenever it´s possible. Be able to provide workarounds when SAP standard solutions does not fit to business scenarios.

·      Get involved with our business scenarios, be able to understand business needs and discuss best approaches to help them.

·      Customize / Configure our SAP landscape following our global standards, localization requirements and additional / new business scenarios.

·      Develop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain leveraging multiple business requirements gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

·      Develop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations.

·      Aid in the evolution of applications, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state by maintaining an understanding of how current processes impact business operations; mapping current state against future state processes; identifying value gaps and opportunities for process enhancements or efficiencies; defining the impact of requirements on upstream and downstream solution components; providing recommendations to management on how to integrate requirements with current systems and business processes
