We are looking for Quality Manager

Schooling:?

• Mechatronics engineering, electronic engineering, or related career.

Languages:

• Advance English.

Software:

• Advance Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Desirable: SAP and quality modules.
• Experience: 10 years as quality manager.

Job Responsabilities:

• Customer service and corrective action process.
• APQP processes and development of the means of measurement.
• Quality control of the entire supply chain (suppliers, WIP, customers).
• Supplier development.
• Measurement test laboratory.
• Plant management systems (ISO, IATF, ISO 14000, ISO 45001, etc.).
• Audits processs (internal, LPA's, customer, system, etc.).

Technical & General Knowledge:

• Cold stamping processes.
• Customer systems (VDA, Formel Q, Q1, etc.).
• Troubleshooting analysis (8Ds, A3, 5W, etc.).
• Statistical tools.
• Core Tools operation.
• Resistance/spatter and mig-mag welding processes.
• Definition and monitoring of quality KPIs
