Customer Service.
- Ensure compliance with all specific client requirements, guaranteeing internal dissemination (e.g., packaging, label, ASN, portal, engineering change, etc.).
- Keep orders up to date for the entire customer portfolio for each dispatch in the SAP system.
- Gather information from customer portals and individually follow up on each case.
- Track EDI and Call-off customer demand.
- Schedule shipping windows by agreeing on schedules to meet windows on time and as agreed. Assist in generating shipping lists through the SAP system.
- Verify and support the improvement of SAP master data for parameterization based on EDI customer demand, updating the corresponding modules according to their role in SAP.
- Monitor the sending of ASN by the Export Analyst, through SAP, and confirm by email to the OEM for confirmation of material shipment to the customer.
- Maintain system scheduling in accordance with customer requirements.
- Timely issue SAP credit notes to avoid generating financial discrepancies.
- Keep dispatch tracking up to date.
